Founder lifetime Pro
A one-time payment (not a subscription) for lifetime Pro. The price is announced when checkout opens. Limited to the first 50 Founders.
- Pro features only. It does not include the Team plan or Relay (Team plan only).
- Non-transferable: it belongs to the account that bought it.
- A full refund returns your Founder slot, and your lifetime access ends with the refund.
- Refund window: 14 days from purchase for the one-time Founder payment. After that, refunds are at our discretion. Pro and Team subscriptions have a 30-day window. See refunds.
- What “lifetime” covers: Pro features for the lifetime of the product, for one seat. It excludes Team features, Relay, and future separately priced products, and it is not a promise of perpetual support.
Questions
Where does my code live?
On your computer. Your AI reaches it through an authenticated connection you turn on. What your AI reads comes back to the AI provider you chose, and a git push sends what it includes (pushes ask first).
Can anyone reach my machine?
Not without a valid token, and remote access is off until you turn it on.
What does Free include?
Search, read and index tools, plus reading agent messages.
What does Pro add?
Editing, build and test, planning, git and multi-agent tools.
How is Team different?
Same tools as Pro, plus shared billing, seat management, priority support and the relay. Minimum 3 seats.
Is there a trial?
Yes: 14 days of Pro, no card, on your first checkout.
What if a payment fails?
Paid features pause on the next plan refresh. No extra Pro days.
What is the 7-day grace?
Offline only: your plan keeps working 24 hours plus 7 days without a connection, then Free.
What about disputes?
An open dispute pauses access to paid features for the org until the dispute is resolved in your favor.
Refunds?
30 days for Pro and Team. 14 days for Founder, then at our discretion.
