Refund Policy

Pro and Team subscriptions

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Founder lifetime Pro (one-time payment)

• Refund window: 14 days from purchase. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
• A full refund ends your Founder lifetime access and returns your Founder slot.
• “Lifetime” means Pro features for the lifetime of the product, for one seat. It is non-transferable and excludes Team features, Relay, and future separately priced products. It is not a promise of perpetual support.
